CATTLE FEED LOT - ODOR CONTROL

Spray corrals, pens, manure piles and catch basins with CBPA RTU solution (see directions for use). When piling manure spray each layer as it is laid down. Application is carried out with the aid of a conventional sprayer.

MANURE MANAGEMENT

To effectively initiate and accelerate the natural decomposition of cattle manure, place the manure & bedding in windrows. Spray each layer with CBPA RTU solution (see directions for use) as it is piled. Depending on environmental conditions within the waste pile and the frequency of turning, CBPA can produce a mature compost that is free of pathogens, fly larve and seeds within 14 - 21 days. This odorless, hygienic compost can be safely applied to the land for improved soil structure, moisture retention and addition of a wide range of nutrients.

DAIRY OPERATIONS - ODOR CONTROL

Dairy barns - spray the pens, and service areas with the CBPA RTU solution. Application is carried out with the aid of a conventional sprayer or sprinkler system.

HOG OPERATIONS - ODOR CONTROL

Spray pens, animals and service areas with CBPA RTU solution. Application is carried out with the aid of a conventional spray system or sprinkler system.

MANURE MANAGEMENT

To effectively initiate and accelerate the natural decomposition of hog litter, place the litter in windrows.

HORSE BARNS - ODOR CONTROL

Spray the stalls, service areas, utensils etc. with CBPA RTU solution see directions for use. Application is carried out with the aid of a conventional spray system or sprinkler system.

MANURE MANAGEMENT

To effectively initiate and accelerate the natural decomposition of horse manure, place the manure in windrows. Spray each layer with CBPA RTU solution see directions for use as it is piled. Depending on environmental conditions within the waste pile and the frequency of turning, CBPA can produce a mature compost that is free of pathogens, fly larve and seeds within 14 - 21 days. POULTRY HOUSES - ODOR CONTROL

Poultry houses - spray the houses, animals and service areas with CBPA RTU solution (see directions for use). Application is carried out with the aid of a conventional spray system or sprinkler system.

LITTER MANAGEMENT

To effectively initiate and accelerate the natural decomposition of poultry litter, place the litter in windrows.

GENERAL COMPOSTING - MANURE

To effectively initiate and accelerate the natural decomposition of animal manure, place the manure in windrows, spray each layer with CBPA RTU solution (see directions for use) as it is piled.

MEAT PROCESSING PLANTS

ANIMAL CARCASS DISPOSAL

The most commonly composted carcasses are chicken and turkey. The composting of swine carcasses is becoming more commonplace and there is increasing interest in processes for cattle carcasses.

Though methods differ slightly with the type of carcass, composting animal carcasses generally consists of a mixture of animal manure (litter), carcasses, and a bulking agent e.g. wood chips, straw, shavings, paper etc.The weight of the carcasses is determined and the other elements are weighed out according to a recipe (50 percent carcass by weight). The manure, carcasses, and bulking material are layered in a primary composter and moistened with CBPA RTU solution (see directions for use) as required. The temperature, which should range between 130 to 155 F, is monitored on a daily basis. Temperatures above 130 F will destroy the majority of pathogenic bacteria, viruses, and fly larvae. Depending on the type of carcass and the environmental conditions within the composter, stabilization should occur in four to seven days. Upon completion of the process, the compost is stored for curing for a period of 28 days.

SANITARY LANDFILLS

Spray solid waste with CBPA RTU solution see directions for use when it is initially dumped in the landfill Spray again when waste is spread and packed. Application is carried out with the aid of a conventional sprayer. CBPA eliminates odor and reduces the volume of solid waste up to 40% substantially increasing the useful life of a sanitary landfill. See Landfill

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

FOR USE IN CONVENTIONAL SPRAYERS & SPRINKLER SYSTEMS PREPRE A RTU SOLUTION BY MIXING CBPA CONCENTRATE AND WATER AT A RATE OF 1:200. IN EXTREME CONDITIONS A MIXTURE OF 1:100 MAY BE REQUIRED.

1 LITRE (33.8 OUNCES) OF CBPA CONCENTRATE YIELDS AROUND 200 LITRES OF RTU SOLUTION.

1 LITRE OF RTU SOLUTION EFFECTIVELY TREATS 1 CUBIC YARD OF WASTE.

IN APPLICATIONS WHERE CBPA IS APPLIED BY WAY OF AN INJECTION SYSTEM (DOSAGE PUMP) THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT TO PRE-MIX.
